yesterday i juz have a very scary nightmare sometimes when i slp i realised my body cant move... thn i soon found out this is known as gui ya chuang... it is a rather chinese belief whereby ghost pin on you when u r at bed....this happen to mi lik twice every around six months.... but thn i soon become used to it

however yesterday nightmare happened during this period of time... when i was in that state i heard someone shouted into my ears the word" friends"( not too sure but it sounds lik) and not juz the sound even the echo of that sound enter my head..... thn i heard another sound lik a train getting louder and louder i knew i have to get up and see but i cant (at tat time i don noe it was a dream) when the sound come closer to mi i can c something rite in front of me running past.... inside that thing i saw a human fig(at least it look lik)keep change form lik there is thousands of ppl want to take me away and thn i shouted i was lik scared the hell out of me already.... thn i suddenly wake up from my bed.. sweating.... at that time i cnnt confirm whether it is a dream or wat or did i really shouted....

aft that i could not slp for the whole night.... whenever i am abt to close my eyes the image hits my mind and i will open my eyes again

until morning go to sch tak exam aft tat eat thn go home wan to slp.... i fell into tat state again..... thn i heard the train sound again i quickly try to break away from that state.... luckily i succeded as i have exp liao.... thn again cnnt slp haix... don noe 2night can slp anot
